Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Insurance Advisor include (but are not limited to) :
Work in a dynamic inbound call centre environment
Handle 35–50 calls / day in both English & French
Provide expert advice on auto & property insurance needs
Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
Maintain sales goals by up-selling & cross-selling insurance products
Represent and promote a positive company reputation
Complete training to become General Insurance Licensed
Qualifications
Qualifications for the Customer Service Insurance Advisor :
Excellent communication skills in English & French
Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is a must
Ability to work under pressure and stay adaptable
A positive and professional attitude
Role is contingent on a clear criminal & credit background check
