Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Care Coordinator) for our Moncton location. The Customer Service Agent provides customer support by answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls pertaining to Sleep Apnea treatments, Oxygen and other respiratory services. As necessary, contacting referral sources and customers to obtain further information to update and complete the electronic patient file.
