Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent; college diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations preferred.
• Knowledge of FedEx Express and Ground products and services preferred.
• Ability to complete mandatory training and recurrency training.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct interface.
• Perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations.
• Promote continued sales and generate incremental revenue where possible.
