• Operate a delivery vehicle safely and professionally throughout the Montréal-Est area
• Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers accurately and on schedule
• Lift and handle parcels weighing up to 70 lbs throughout the shift
• Interact with customers in both French and English, providing courteous and professional service
• Complete all mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training and recurrency requirements
• Manage time and route logistics efficiently to meet daily delivery targets
• Maintain compliance with FedEx policies, road safety regulations, and operational procedures
• Adapt to varying shift schedules based on business needs

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Valid full G licence / Class 5 driver's licence

This is a casual/part-time position with varying shifts based on business needs. No prior experience in delivery is required, though one year of customer-oriented experience is preferred. Approximately 3 months adjustment time is expected for new hires.
