Job summary

Raise is hiring a contract-based Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Calgary to support its National Wholesale Sales network. This role focuses on CRM, data maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable fuel supply and strong customer relationships.

The position is office-based in Calgary downtown, with a standard 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, and requires fluency in French and English. Prior CRM experience and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• 5+ years of experience in a related field (business, Sales and Marketing).
• Post-secondary education or undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, create, and respond to CRM activities related to existing accounts or new accounts, pricing, and tax exemptions.
• Create and maintain customer master data in D365 CRM for Downstream Sales and Credit teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to maintain and set up new accounts while ensuring fuel supply security.
• Create reports based on customer needs and provide recommendations for product management platforms.
