Sandvik Mining is seeking a Bilingual Credit & Collections Specialist in Mississauga, ON. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, monitor credit exposure, drive collection activities, and maintain strong relationships with customers.

The role requires fluent English and French, at least five years in credit/collections or related finance functions, and experience with ERP and accounting systems. You will collaborate across departments to optimize cash flow and credit terms.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual communication in English and French (written and spoken).
• Minimum five years in Credit, Collections, AR, or related finance role.
• Experience managing a portfolio of commercial/B2B accounts.
• Strong collection, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP/accounting systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts from a credit and collections perspective.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Communicate with customers in English and French via phone and email.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve issues delaying payment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and other teams to resolve issues.
• Review credit exposure and identify high-risk accounts.
• Assist with new and ongoing customer credit reviews and limits.
• Provide regular reporting on overdue receivables and disputes.
• Assist with month-end AR activities.
