Job summary

Bilingual Source in Scarborough, Toronto, is seeking a Bilingual Credit Analyst for a hybrid in-office (4 days) + remote role. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $70,000, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, assess risk, and collaborate with accounting, sales, and management to optimize credit decisions. The position emphasizes credit analysis, collections, accounts receivable, and policy recommendations, offering growth across cross-functional areas

Qualifications

• Bilingual language skills are required, with strong professional communication abilities.
• 2–3 years of relevant credit experience, ideally involving high-volume activity.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and business software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit reports, financial statements, payment history to assess creditworthiness.
• Recommend appropriate credit limits and account actions based on risk.
• Manage collection activities for assigned delinquent accounts.
• Conduct professional collection calls and coordinate related correspondence.
• Review customer orders and make timely hold or release decisions using established criteria.
• Investigate account discrepancies, customer concerns, and billing issues.
• Work with sales/management to resolve disputes and accelerate collections.
