Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Credit Services Analyst to monitor a portfolio of customer accounts in Canada. You will analyze payment behavior, minimize risk, and support collections while producing reports for management.

You will conduct aging and risk analyses, set up accounts, maintain records, and assist with tax validation and credit-line reviews. The role emphasizes data integrity, process improvement, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline with 2–5 years of experience in a related field.
• MS/MA preferred in some cases with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned portfolio of customer accounts to minimize risk and maximize responsible for account collection by performing account analysis and reviewing paying habits.
• Provide analysis and reporting in support of Credit Services; compile productivity metrics and support process improvements.
• Conduct portfolio risk, receivables efficiency, and delinquency analysis; perform aging analysis by product line.
• Set up new accounts and ship-to records; maintain customer data in related systems.
• Perform tax maintenance and validation; pull certificates for Tax department.
• Generate weekly credit line review reports and manage the weekly credit line review process.
• Conduct credit reviews for new and existing customers and obtain references.
• Participate in special projects related to tax expiration and IT/vendor issues.
