Are you an experienced credit professional who enjoys making informed decisions, managing risk, and building strong business relationships? Our client is a well-established financial services organization looking for a Bilingual Senior Credit Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex credit decisions while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Analyze credit applications and make sound, timely lending decisions. Assess risk, ensure appropriate due diligence, and maintain internal controls. Review complex applications and provide recommendations on deals exceeding lending limits. Support and provide guidance to Credit Investigators. Build strong relationships with business partners and provide expert guidance on credit solutions. Take a consultative approach to identifying opportunities while maintaining responsible lending practices. Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement within the credit team.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of credit analyst/lending experience, ideally with some collections experience.
• Fluently bilingual in English and French – required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Business/Commerce preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, confident, and commercially minded approach.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and credit/fraud detection tools.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. EST, including Saturdays and holidays.
