Fundstream Inc. in Montreal is seeking an experienced, fluently bilingual (French and English) Controller to oversee our Finance and Accounting function and support the continued growth and evolution of our business.

The role is a 12-month contract, full-time (37.5h/week) with a hybrid work mode (2 to 3 days per week in the office). Salary is from $105,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Formación

• 5–8+ years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience.
• Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Finance Manager or similar role.
• Strong technical accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis skills.
• Experience with cash management, treasury and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP systems experience.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing Finance staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the full Finance & Accounting function and ensure integrity of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management reporting.
• Oversee cash management, liquidity and banking relationships.
• Approve bank transfers and payments per internal controls.
• Oversee accounting cycle, A/P, A/R, general ledger and reconciliations.
• Develop financial models and dashboards to support pricing, investments and strategic decisions.
• Lead, coach and support the Finance team and provide guidance to the CEO and management.
