Job summary

Sanimax is seeking an accounting/finance support professional in Montreal to join a team focused on data entry, reporting, and vendor statement validation. The role begins as a 6-month contract with a Mon–Fri day schedule and a path to a hybrid setup after the training period.

The position offers a 40-hour work week and opportunities to contribute to month-end close activities while supporting a collaborative, diverse environment that values accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and invoice matching in the accounting system
• Prepare various ad hoc analyses and reports
• Verify and follow up on vendor statements
• Administer the corporate credit card program in accordance with company expense and travel policies
• Verify and monitor corporate credit card statements submitted by employees
• Manage supplier calls and follow-ups
• Assist the operations team with various administrative tasks
• Maintain virtual records and files (data entry and document management)
• Support the Finance team during the month-end close process
• Foster and maintain a collaborative team environment with internal and external partners while providing efficient, high-quality service
• Perform other related duties as required by organizational needs (e.g., greeting visitors, handling incoming/outgoing mail, answering incoming calls at head office)
