395 Client Experience is seeking a Bilingual Client Care Specialist to provide exceptional service to plan members and clients. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English, along with a minimum of 3 years in customer care.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written skills.
• Must be flexible and able to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00am and 7:00pm (Central).

Job description

The Bilingual Client Care Specialist (Spanish & English) will work directly with our plan members, plan sponsors, clients, advisors, and service providers to provide an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer care.
• Interact with plan members, clients, advisors, and service providers via phone and email to respond to inquiries about claims, eligibility, and services.
• Ensure that service standards are met or exceeded.
• Obtain, analyze, and verify the accuracy of claim submissions and data.
• Assist members with the online portal and mobile app.
• Assist service providers with the online portal for submission of claims.
• Initiate and/or implement correct action as needed to maintain an excellent standard of service and a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer care experience (insurance, health, and dental benefits claims is an asset).
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Flexible working hours – willing to complete an 8-hour shift between 7:00am and 7:00pm (Central).
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Technical knowledge of application‑based system.
• A desire to provide exceptional customer service and a valuable experience to clients.

Compensation

The base salary for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000 annually. This represents the base salary only and does not include other variable compensation components of the total compensation package.
