Qualifications

• 1+ years in phone support, customer service, claims administration, call centre operations or administrative support.
• Bilingualism (English/French) supporting claimant or customer communications.
• CRM systems, databases, case management platforms, and document management tools.
• Data entry, document processing, and records management in confidential environments.
• Education and work experience aligned to claims support, customer service, or administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, fax, telephone communications, support tickets, and claims correspondence.
• Respond to claimant and representative inquiries in both English and French.
• Enter, review, and verify data from electronic and paper forms.
• Maintain confidential claimant information within CRM systems, databases, spreadsheets, and case management platforms.
• Receive, sort, scan, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to obtain documentation and clarify claim information.
• Document claimant interactions, call notes, and activities within applicable systems.
