Job summary

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education in event management or a related field or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum three years of experience planning public events with logistics.
• Bilingual in French and English at a minimum Low Advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver campus-wide programming for students in support of Campus Events priorities.
• Oversee operational delivery of events including logistics and on-site coordination.
• Develop relationships with student associations, faculties and partners to support programming goals.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and supervision of student staff and volunteers.
• Gather feedback to improve programs and support Carrefour Francophone activities.
• Coordinate resources, including purchasing requests and contract follow-up, within policy.
