Position Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs. This role involves supporting customer service, technical support, and sales interactions with customers across the country. You will need to be confident, engaged, a team player, and bring a positive attitude to work daily. Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally
  2. Listen to customers, understand needs, and resolve issues
  3. Use systems to complete account management tasks
  4. Document and process customer claims accurately
  5. Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
  6. Use knowledge base and training to answer questions
  7. Maintain confidentiality of information
  8. Escalate issues appropriately
  9. Ensure first call resolution
  10. Attend training and stay updated on program changes
  11. Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Reliable with good attendance
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to multi-task and stay focused
  • Team-oriented and adaptable
Preferred
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Experience in customer service or support roles
