• Business Line: the Total Wealth Solutions Team in International Wealth Management ensures specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
• Project: The Total Wealth Solutions Lead is accountable for working with cross-functional business and development teams globally to define and implement solutions and capabilities for Total Wealth teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely and report directly to the Senior Manager, Total Wealth Solutions, and be accountable for enabling the delivery of Total Wealth to our clients and improving the advisor experience.
• This is a demanding, hands-on, and strategic role requiring a strong interest and ability to learn about the financial services sector, emerging digital trends in Wealth Management, and experience collaborating with international teams, especially in Pacific Alliance, Central America & Caribbean regions.
• Focus on accelerating IWM’s transformation, particularly on advisor-facing platforms and applications such as Salesforce, investment, and financial planning tools.
• Identify opportunities and champion ongoing best-in-class business transformation and innovation.
• Define, lead, and execute a cohesive digital transformation strategy to limit technological debt and manage the transition from segregated platforms to global platforms, modernizing technology stacks and digital workflows. Collaborate with in-country leads and partners for successful execution.
• Stay informed about financial services markets, the competitive landscape, and digital transformation trends relevant to Wealth Management and client needs.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of the Bank’s and Division’s strategies, policies, risk management, product offerings, financial markets, regulations, back-office processes, and technological advancements to provide effective solutions and support.
• Promote a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
• Partner with GWM & in-country Technology and Digital teams and other stakeholders to enable solutions.
• Support the execution of key initiatives, day-to-day priorities, and the roadmap for Total Wealth Solutions across IWM.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and communicate effectively with the technology team regarding digital tools like Salesforce CRM, investment platforms, and financial planning solutions.
• Lead discovery and analysis to understand local business needs, identify process gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure product delivery is relevant, high-quality, and free of workarounds. Identify capabilities, features, and risks, working with stakeholders to produce high-quality solutions.
• Communicate progress, gather feedback, and manage stakeholder reviews for validation.
• Coach team members, foster an environment for self-organization, and manage activities to support agile initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality training on advisor platforms and solutions to diverse audiences, adapting delivery to varying levels of expertise.
• Demonstrate strong presentation skills to convey initiatives, value propositions, and project updates.
• Consider the Bank’s risk appetite and culture in daily activities and decisions.
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions adherence, and effective controls.
• Promote a high-performance, inclusive work environment.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Prior experience in Financial Institutions, preferably within Wealth Management or Investments.
• Knowledge of product or technology development cycles.
• Proven success in delivering complex business initiatives collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in project delivery, digital transformation, or strategic sales support.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset.
• Critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and functions.
• Ability to manage timelines and dependencies across multiple teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Strong relationship-building skills with global business and technology partners.
• Bachelor’s degree required; business, management, engineering, or related discipline preferred. Master’s degree is an asset.
• Hybrid work environment; non-standard hours are uncommon.
• Ideal candidate likely from another FI with exposure to Wealth Management, working closely with technical teams to meet targets.
• Two video interview rounds (30 mins each).
• Salesforce presentation may be requested.
