Job summary

Antech Diagnostics Canada LTD is seeking a Billing Associate to support invoicing and billing operations. You will prepare, review, and issue customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts and service records.

The role requires 1+ year in billing, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks. You will liaise with sales, service, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies, maintaining rigorous records and supporting month-end close.

Qualifications

Target Pay Range for this position is $22-$27 hourly.

Position Overview

The Billing Associate is responsible for supporting the billing process by preparing, reviewing, and issuing invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner. This role ensures the integrity of billing data, assists with resolving billing discrepancies, and provides excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Working Conditions

Office-based role with standard business hours. May require occasional overtime during billing cycles or month-end close.

Reporting Structure

Reports to the Billing Supervisor, Billing Manager, or Finance Manager.
