Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.
• Familiarity with billing software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Position Overview

The Billing Associate is responsible for supporting the billing process by preparing, reviewing, and issuing invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
