Qualifications

The Opportunity:

In business for over 30 years, PBS is the third largest DMS (Dealership Management System) provider to the North American retail automotive industry. The Role:

PBS Systems is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Client Services team. As a Bilingual (FRENCH/ENGLISH) Service Support Analyst, you will provide excellent training in both languages to our new and existing customers in the Service module of our software, by assisting customers during the development, installation, and training process of their new dealership software. You will be assisting the customer with new software install training onsite as well as online/on the phone.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent training to our customers in the Service module of our software in both English and French
  2. Provide excellent Customer Service to our customers
  3. Write up tickets and investigate issues that arise and escalate issues to the corresponding teams
  4. Support and troubleshoot issues to the Service Support team
  5. Maintain documentation and update as processes change within the department
  6. Respond to both internal and external training requests in a timely manner
  7. Work directly with customers and train all sessions in assigned module
  8. Be able to talk about and navigate our software (service module) to better assist
  9. Be available to travel one week out of the month (25% to Canada and the USA)

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication skills in both ENGLISH and FRENCH
  2. Computer proficiency with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  3. 1-2 years previous experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment
  4. Effective time management & organizational skills, strong multi-tasking & prioritization
  5. Willingness to go the “Extra Mile”
  6. Willingness to commit to an ongoing system of education and cross-training
