Job summary

Tenneco is hiring a Business Development Manager for Eastern Canada to drive sales growth across NAPA and traditional channels. You will implement sales and marketing programs, train account teams, and promote DRiV Aftermarket products in your territory.

The role requires strong bilingual communication (French and English), a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and at least five years of automotive aftermarket sales experience. Travel up to 50% within Canada is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years of proven sales experience in automotive aftermarket.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue in assigned area with NAPA and traditional channels.
• Provide product training to customer personnel and assist with marketing programs.
• Lead with account leadership to expand DRiV Aftermarket product sales.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for the assigned territory.
