The ideal candidate has 2+ years in analytics/risk, strong data analysis, and the ability to present findings to stakeholders. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite work in Montreal two days a week.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal).
• 2+ years in analytics, operations, audit, risk, reporting, or financial services.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, reporting, data analysis, and dashboards.
• Experience with large datasets, identifying trends/operational issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for reporting.
• Post-secondary education combined with relevant experience.
• Must be located in Montreal and able to work onsite 2 days/week.
• Banking/lending/financial services experience.
• Experience reviewing audit/compliance/risk/operational reports.
• Knowledge of operational risk management practices.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to vehicle financing, collateral management, lien registration, or lending operations.

This team supports dealer finance operations across Canada and is responsible for monitoring audit findings, identifying operational risks, and supporting process improvements. This individual will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing daily audit reports, identifying irregularities and trends, preparing reporting for stakeholders, and making recommendations to mitigate operational risk. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, comfortable working with large datasets, and excited to leverage tools such as Excel and Microsoft Copilot to drive meaningful business insights.
