Job summary

FYihealth group is seeking an Analyst, IT Service Desk to be the first contact for IT issues across FYiDoctors, BonLook, Visique and solis. You will work from our Home Office locations in Calgary or Vancouver, delivering first level support and guiding users through IT inquiries.

The role requires 1-2 years in a similar IT role, familiarity with ITSM systems, and solid knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, Office 365, and Chrome. ITIL/ CompTIA assets are welcomed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role in an IT department.
• Experience with IT service management (ITSM) systems.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary contact for all IT related issues for all business units (FYidoctors, BonLook, Visique, solis) and Home Office, providing first level technician assistance.
• Responding to IT requests and incidents by telephone, email, or online forms.
• Triaging, diagnosing, and identifying application, hardware, and/or network issue for end users.
• Providing guidance on IT-related inquiries and fulfill basic IT administration requests to promote First Call Resolution (FCR).
• Documenting all request details and incident troubleshooting in the Service Desk Plus ticket management system.
• Ensuring timely resolution or escalation of incidents to Technical SupportTeam.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.

Join our dynamic team as an Analyst, IT Service Desk! As the first point of contact, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and resolving IT related challenges for our diverse team.

The ideal candidate will be based in one of our Home Office locations in Calgary or Vancouver.

What You'll Do

The expected compensation for this position is between $49,000, to $55,000 annually considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
