Job summary

FYihealth Group, based in Canada, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst at its Home Office in Calgary, Alberta. You will process a high volume of invoices and collaborate with clinics, vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.

The role requires 1-3 years of AP experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite. A collaborative, proactive team player mindset is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience in a high-volume environment with an understanding of accounting concepts.
• Post-secondary Accounting related diploma/certificate would be an asset.
• Working knowledge of ERP Systems (NetSuite would be considered an asset).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clinics and vendors.
• Receive, process, verify and reconcile vendor invoices and statements accurately and timely.
• Review invoice mapping and matching invoices to purchase orders.
• Respond to vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor accounts and maintain relationships.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Support the Accounts Payable team members.
• Adhere to company policies, vendor contracts, accounting principles and reporting requirements.
• Perform other duties to support the team and organizational goals.

Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Analyst! In this role, you’ll be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, processing a high volume of invoices, and providing support throughout the organization. You’ll be crucial to our success as we deliver world-class service to our many business units.

The role is located at our Home Office located in Calgary, Alberta.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clinics and vendors

• Respond to vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor accounts, solve problems, and maintain good internal and external relationships

• Support the members of the Accounts Payable team
• Adhere to company policies, vendor contracts, accounting principles, and reporting requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
