Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position Overview: Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring a Bilingual (French) Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our success. This in-office position offers a pay range of CA$32.00 to CA$36.00 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential.

Location: 3333 James Snow Parkway North, Milton, ON L9T 8L1

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain rapport with customers over phone and email.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
• Work with customers to resolve overdue payments, maintaining low portfolio aging.
• Collaborate with team members to minimize aging and bad debt.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center experience or bookkeeping is a plus.
