Job summary

Stantec is seeking a detail oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our AP team in Edmonton. You will handle AP transactions, support regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the broader accounting group to ensure accurate and timely processing.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Accounts Payable, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; Oracle AP experience is a plus. This on-site role offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 2-3 years Accounts Payable or financial related experience is an asset.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Processing high volume of accounts payable invoices in an electronic environment.
• Participate in the online audit of expense reports.
• Provide timely customer support and assistance through communication with Stantec offices.
• Work in an open team environment to ensure that the goals of the Accounts Payable team are met.
• Undertake special projects or assignments.
• Communicate with vendors as required.
• Assist in providing audit documentation requests.
