Job summary

Ogilvy Canada is seeking a Bilingual Account Supervisor to act as the primary day-to-day contact for mid-level client accounts. You will collaborate with agency leadership to drive delivery excellence, optimize resources, and manage profitability across assigned accounts.

Must be bilingual in French and English, with 4+ years of client-facing experience and a strong grasp of strategic planning, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of client-facing industry experience.
• Experience managing programs across multiple capabilities (B2C, B2B, etc.).
• Demonstrable knowledge of client and agency operations, with understanding of Ogilvy’s capabilities.
• Strong strategy and program development background.
• Ability to negotiate and build durable client relationships.
