Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) is seeking a BI & Financial Report Developer to design and publish financial reports and dashboards for MnDOT. You will build and maintain reports using Power BI, SQL, and Crystal Reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to internal stakeholders.

As a BI & Financial Report Developer with Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) Partnering with Minnesota Department of Transportation (DOT), you will provide financial reporting and financial application user support for the agency. You will be responsible for developing, modifying, testing, maintaining, and publishing reports and dashboards using financial data. Ensuring that all financial reports are designed and delivered in an accurate, efficient, and user-focused manner so internal and external stakeholders can access the financial information they need. In addition, you will produce ad hoc data extracts for users across MnDOT and respond to financial data inquiries from staff within the department.

This position requires a minimum of one (1) year of IT related experience in developing, maintaining, or supporting reports and/or dashboards using business intelligence, reporting, database, or related technologies.
Education in Information Technology (IT) or an IT related field may substitute for experience as follows: a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree for one (1) year; and an associate’s degree for six (6) months.
