Job summary

Rogers Communications, Inc. is seeking a Manager of BI and Analytics to lead the wireless hardware reporting portfolio. You will work with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate hardware reporting and to advance reporting solutions for strategic initiatives.

The role requires deep data architecture knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to drive continuous improvements while aligning with IFRS and business objectives in a Toronto-based environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a progressive Business Analytics/Financial Reporting role.
• Proficiency with SQL and Databricks; ability to write and analyze code for errors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication, able to prepare clear reports.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
• Experience liaising between business teams and IT for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the wireless hardware database and act as liaison between business and IT.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to database and reporting processes.
• Link hardware database to IFRS reporting with accuracy and consistency.
• Influence decisions that support department and organizational objectives.
• Represent BI and hardware data in cross-functional meetings.
• Drive process improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
