Job summary

Teleperformance Spain is seeking a Business Analyst / Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario. You will drive data-driven insights, perform Excel-based analysis, and support inventory, forecasting, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex Excel-based analysis and reporting

• Prepare recurring reports, insights, and executive summaries
• Investigate data anomalies and perform root cause analysis
• Support process documentation, governance, and SOP creation
• Assist with project work, ad hoc analysis, and process improvement initiatives
