• Work safely and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation

• Taking and serving guest beverage orders in a timely manner in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs
• Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
• Carrying a drink tray throughout your shift
• Maintaining a clean floor section and ensuring areas are free of glassware
• Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 6 - 12 months experience in Food & Beverage
• Smart Serve Certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
