Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Field Service & Installation Technician to join our team in Ottawa. You will deliver equipment, install and service beverage equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues. Training is provided and prior technician experience is not required.

The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule (40 hours/week), with overtime opportunities in the summer. Starting wage is $21.00/hour with room for experience-based increases.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and electrical understanding.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload the delivery vehicle safely.
• Operate delivery vehicle and complete customer deliveries and service calls.
• Deliver equipment, parts, and supplies on time.
• Install equipment and verify proper operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and diagnose faults.
• Repair and maintain equipment as required.
• Maintain service and maintenance logs.
• Communicate technical information to the appropriate department.
