Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Canada in Edmonton is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and maintain customer equipment, travel to sites to troubleshoot and install machines, and keep parts stocked for repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 3–5 years in a similar technical role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; education in electronics/appliance repair or electromechanics.
• Experience in training a team member.

Job Overview

Field Service Technician. This title could include: Senior Technical Associate, Repair Technician, Maintenance Repair Technician, Training Technician, HVAC Technician, Equipment Repair Technician, Industrial Technician. The role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit, located in Edmonton, AB.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain customer equipment.
• Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment.
• Install machines at customer locations.
• Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for equipment repairs.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties may be assigned by the line manager.

Total Rewards

CAD $49,900.00 – $66,924.00 annually. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 3‑5 years in a similar technical role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; education in a technical capacity such as a diploma or certification in electronics, appliance repair, or electromechanics (highly preferred).
• Experience in training a team member.

Competencies

• Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
• Ability to travel (10‑20% of the time).
