Job summary

Future Electronics is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage enrolments, terminations, and changes in benefit systems. You will respond to employee inquiries, support disability processes, and oversee audits of benefit data.

You’ll also liaise with insurers and wellness providers while supporting renewals and communications. The role emphasizes attention to detail and customer service, with a hybrid work model and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with Canadian group insurance and/or retirement programs.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
