Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process employer contributions reports and enrollment data for benefit plans.
• Balance and audit reports to verify accuracy and determine entitlements.
• Identify irregularities and pursue delinquent employer payments.
• Communicate with employers, members, and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Escalate unresolved cases to management as needed.
