Go2STAFFING is seeking a knowledgeable Group Benefits Analyst in Toronto to support a portfolio of clients with plan administration, renewals, changes and day-to-day service. You will partner with clients, insurers and internal teams to ensure accurate benefit programs and timely guidance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in group benefits, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in group benefits within the Canadian market.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in underwriting and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, discretion, and relationship management.
