• 5+ years of experience in group benefits in Canada.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial reporting for benefits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual renewal analysis and negotiate with carriers.
• Analyze and optimize benefits plans with experience reporting and projections.
• Contribute to the design and management of group medical, dental, life, disability, and specialty benefits.
• Provide market analyses and cost comparisons to guide recommendations.
• Assist with carrier implementations and review benefit booklets and contracts for accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to drive success.
