Qualificações

• Hold a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent level of educational attainment.
• Prior experience supervising and supporting children in a positive and safe manner.
• Valid First Aid with CPR Level C/AED or be willing to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the guidance of the DECE operating the extended day classroom.
• Support positive and responsive interactions among children, parents and staff.
• Encourage children to communicate and self-regulate.
• Support play, exploration and child-initiated experiences.
• Foster an inclusive culture where all children are respected and supported.
• Ensure health, safety and well-being; supervise children according to procedures.
• Maintain communication with parents about the program and children.
