Summary:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Expectations: Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs; promote sales of beauty products; encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.
2. Customer Service: Promote a positive environment; always prioritize the customer; actively use eClienteling; promote products and in-store events.
3. Operations: Exhibit and promote products and services; attend vendor trainings and workshops; adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
4. General: Comply with health, safety, store policies, and loss prevention; act professionally; perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Independent thinking and decision-making.
• Selling skills in Cosmetics.

Experience:

• Proven consultative and selling skills with a track record.
• Knowledge of beauty products and ability to conduct consultations.
• Strong communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves.
