SUMMARY: To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Expectations: Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs; possess a "selling is fun" attitude; promote sales of beauty products; encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Promote a positive environment for customers and coworkers; always put the customer first and provide superior customer service; actively model desired behaviors with eClienteling; promote products and the PC Optimum program; book appointments for in-store events.
3. OPERATIONS: Exhibit and promote company products and services; attend vendor training and workshops; adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
4. GENERAL: Comply with health and safety regulations, store policies, loss prevention policies; act professionally; perform other duties as required.
5. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong planning, judgment, decision-making, independent thinking, and selling skills in cosmetics.
6. EXPERIENCE: Proven consultative and selling skills; knowledge of beauty products; ability to conduct consultations; strong communication skills.
7. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stock shelves.
