DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Expectations: Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs, promote sales of beauty products, encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Create a positive environment, provide superior customer service, promote products and programs, and book appointments for in-store events.
• OPERATIONS: Promote products and services, attend vendor schools and workshops, adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
• GENERAL: Comply with health, safety, store policies, loss prevention, act professionally, and perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Independent thinking and decisions.
• Selling skills in Cosmetics.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven consultative and selling skills with a track record.
• Knowledge of beauty products and ability to conduct consultations.
• Strong communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, and stretch to stock shelves.
