Sugarmoon Ottawa is seeking a friendly Retail Ambassador & Front Desk Administrator to join our Ottawa location on a part-time basis. You will be the first and last point of contact for clients, guiding them through skincare products and services while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will manage bookings, check-ins/outs, phone inquiries, and transactions, while supporting memberships and helping keep the day running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty/retail or front desk role is a plus.
• Comfort with skincare products and ingredients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage front desk interactions.
• Handle bookings, check-ins/outs and appointment rebooking.
• Process transactions and support memberships; answer phones and messages.
