HairClub in Ottawa is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet clients, handle scheduling, and support the styling team. You will learn hair loss solutions and assist clients throughout their visit, contributing to a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in fast-paced guest service, experience with POS or business software, and a professional, dependable demeanor. This is a role focused on customer care and accurate scheduling in a retail salon setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of high-paced guest service experience.
• POS or other business software experience.
• Communicate professionally and timely with all persons in the Company.
• Utilize strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work under time constraints and pressure.
• Work independently and be self-motivated.
• Present a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Greets clients and visitors promptly with a smile and assists with requests.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and direct to appropriate staff.
• Enter client transactions accurately in the system.
• Manage scheduling activities including advance booking and confirmations.
• Support styling team with scheduling, documentation, and sales tasks.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
