Job summary

Sephora Canada in Ottawa is seeking an Operations Consultant to help maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates while delivering friendly client service during store hours.

You will assist in cashier training on POS and MPOS, help maintain store presentation, process shipments, transfers and damages, and ensure safety and compliance in a fragrance-filled environment. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail/client service experience, preferably in stockroom capacity.
• Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task while attending to clients and business needs.
• Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• A High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
• Provide friendly, professional client service during store hours.
• Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone and store presentation.
• Process shipments, transfers, damages and testers per standards.
• Report inventory issues to supervisors and ensure safety and policy compliance.
