Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty, and convenience services in your community, keeping the customer at the center of everything you do.


Why this role is important?

SUMMARY:

Manage resources of the Beauty department to maximize sales and achieve targets.

The ideal Beauty Manager will:

Drive results, provide leadership, analyze problems, engage staff, build relationships, demonstrate personal leadership, and foster trust.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALES EXPECTATIONS:

  • Use corporate sales tools and dashboards to set and meet sales goals.
  • Selling to customers and coaching staff on sales techniques.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to maximize sales.
  • Ensure staff meet productivity objectives.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and provide superior service.
  • Monitor and communicate CSI results and objectives.
  • Model desired behaviors with eClienteling.
  • Book appointments for events and manage annual event schedules.
  • Promote products via marketing and encourage use of the PC Optimum program.
  • Train staff to meet beauty sales standards.

TEAM LEADERSHIP:

  • Mentor, coach, train, and motivate staff.
  • Create a fun selling environment.
  • Prepare performance appraisals with the Front Store Manager.
  • Demonstrate and promote “Blue Culture Principles” and “C.O.R.E Values”.
  • Foster an environment supporting these principles and values.

OPERATIONS:

  • Track sales using corporate tools.
  • Maintain Cosmetic Operating Standards.
  • Schedule shifts during peak hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Independent thinking for customer-related issues.
  • Ability to act on management goals and tasks.
  • Develop a personal development plan yearly.
  • Collaborate with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven sales track record.
  • Cosmetic industry experience.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Customer service focus.
  • Leadership experience.
