Job description

This position is ideal for an experienced Esthetician who enjoys performing all types of skin care services and working with a team of Estheticians to grow the spa. Compensation includes a base pay plus commission based on individual and team performance. The ideal candidate should be committed and flexible.

As an Esthetician and Esthetics Supervisor, you will engage with customers and staff, providing outstanding service that creates an exceptional spa experience.

About the role:

As a qualified/experienced Esthetician, your goal is to promote skin health and ensure clients leave feeling relaxed, happy, and rejuvenated. You will greet customers, consult on treatments, and recommend additional services. As a supervisor, you will oversee Estheticians, manage their training and development, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales within the department.

Working @ Hand & Stone:

This full-time position requires availability on evenings and weekends. Responsibilities:

• Perform various esthetic services according to H&S protocols and contribute to revenue
• Manage and support a team of Estheticians, providing guidance and coaching
• Develop and implement training programs on products, treatments, and sales
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques
• Collaborate on promotions and campaigns to grow the esthetics business
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Experience with Dermalogica products is an asset

Qualifications:

• Ontario Esthetics Diploma
• Previous training experience
• Strong leadership and motivational skills

• Knowledge of esthetic treatments and skincare trends
• Proven sales achievements
