We seek a talented and experienced Part-Time Laser Hair Removal Esthetician passionate about aesthetics and eager to grow with us. The ideal candidate will have expertise in laser hair removal, especially with Candela systems, and a desire to help clients feel confident and beautiful. Responsibilities

1. Administer laser hair removal treatments using Candela equipment, prioritizing client safety, comfort, and satisfaction during each session.
2. Conduct detailed consultations to understand each client’s unique needs and develop customized treatment plans.
3. Keep accurate records of each client’s progress and treatment history.
4. Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and best practices in laser hair removal.
5. Deliver outstanding customer service to build lasting relationships with clients, making them feel valued and supported.
6. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.
7. Thoroughly clean treatment rooms and disinfect all equipment and materials between clients to uphold high hygiene standards.
8. Support front desk operations by assisting with appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and reception tasks as needed.
9. Experience with Elta MD Product line is a plus.

Qualifications

1. Canadian Medical Aesthetics diploma or certificate.
2. At least 2 years of experience in laser hair removal, specifically using Candela systems.
3. Strong knowledge of laser hair removal procedures and equipment.
4. Excellent customer service skills are highly preferred.
5. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What We Offer

1. Competitive salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour.
2. Commission structure.
3. Part-time position.
