Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Beauty Advisor to build lasting client relationships and drive sales for the Tom Ford brand in our Montreal, Quebec store. This commission-based role requires exceptional service, expert product knowledge, and proactive collaboration with store management.

Fluency in French and English is required, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support brand events. Luxury retail experience and makeup artistry or aesthetics certification are preferred for

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least two years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strong collaboration and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Luxury retail experience preferred; makeup artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
• Fluency in French and English.
