Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking freelance sales associates to deliver personalized makeup, skincare, hair or fragrance consultations in-store. You will combine creativity with technical expertise to educate and delight customers, while supporting in-store events and visual merchandising to stand out from competitors.

We welcome applicants with beginner-level makeup artistry or retail experience. Training and development opportunities are provided with competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Amateur-level experience acceptable if able to show creative/technical expertise.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
