As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all clients in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance & Cash areas.

• Passionate about Clients: Greet all clients who enter the store with enthusiasm. Provide courteous, knowledgeable service. Determine client needs and suggest suitable products. Communicate product knowledge as appropriate. Provide makeovers if required.
• Training & Development: Ensure successful completion of in-depth brand training for designated team members. Pursue additional product knowledge actively. Cross-train with other Beauty Advisors.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory control. Communicate inventory concerns to the Manager. Ensure compliance with sampling policies. Be aware of special events and store animations. Participate in programs to reduce shortages and losses. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions if designated.
