We are looking for a Full-Time & Part-Time Beauty Sales Specialist to join our team in our Mississauga stores. This role is ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, aiming to grow store sales and benefit from our bonus and incentive programs. We seek someone who is people-oriented and maintains a positive outlook.

Expectations

• Provide superior customer service to all clients
• Educate clients through consultative selling, promoting new products, and knowledge of promotions
• Drive sales using your entrepreneurial spirit to build your loyal client base
• Accurately and efficiently process transactions utilizing POS System
• Maintain store promotions, signage, stock, and displays
• Handle cash and perform opening/closing duties, including bank deposits
• Oversee store inventory management, including stock receiving and sending
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to develop positive relationships
• Willingness to learn product knowledge to promote sales
• Visual merchandising skills with attention to detail
• Technical aptitude to learn new computer systems
• Highly motivated, reliable, and able to multitask
• Passion for the Beauty Industry; experience as a hairstylist, nail technician, esthetician, or in beauty sales is an asset
